Amazing service! I was out of town and broke down, and these guys took amazing care of my car and me. I couldn't afford full repairs (old hybrid battery) and they took the time to explain the issue and work out a solution that would get me home safely. If I lived in Charlotte I would never go anywhere else! Great, professional, and - most importantly - kind people. I'm glad Pete's Auto Service was there for me.

I can't say enough great things! Excellent and outstanding service! My vehicles are serviced and drive like new once they are done (and my cars are each over 15yrs old!) They are very thorough and considerate. They let me know exactly what's wrong with my cars and how much it will be before any work gets done. Never a surprise at the end. They also let me know what to anticipate is coming as far as repairs and service for my vehicles so I can plan ahead. I'm never disappointed when I leave there and I love the family feeling of Pete and his son's working together. It makes me feel like a family visit rather than just dropping my car off for service. I will continue to take my cars to Pete's and so should you!!

Thanks to Mr.Pete and his Son and crew...I was still able to make it to work on time after a flat tire...they are awesome and do great work...exhibit wonderful customer service skills and not only did I leave with A complementary cup of coffee but I also left with a complementary tire repair!!...Feeling so blessed!!..I will be returning!!

Recently I wanted to buy a used car. Pete's checked out the car for me, pointing out that it needed about $2000 in basic maintenance to bring it up to acceptable standards. That kept me from paying way too much. I may still buy the car, but to date haven't gotten the seller to reduce his price enough to compensate me for making the repairs. I am very grateful for Pete and Nik's expert advice and expect to always bring my cars to them.Went back with a second car to be evaluated. It was in good shape and I bought it. Pete's will take care of it for me, just as they have done for the past 13 years on my old car. This is the garage for me!

Pete's Auto Service has taken care of my auto needs for about seven or eight years. I would not take my car to any other Auto Service. The people there are very professional and knowledgeable. They always give you the best service possible at the most reasonable cost. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Pete and his son, Nic make you feel welcome and are very trustworthy. I moved across town from the shop about three years ago, but I always drive back to Pete's when my car needs attention.

This is what a shop should be these guys are knowledgeable and on pointe. (Very informative not pushy). I will definitely be back for anything I can't handle.
