I just had my vehicle serviced here today and had a great experience! The gentleman working in the office, Jorge, was nice, professional, and straight to the point. They did a diagnostic test on my vehicle and called to let me know what the problem was before they did any work. They accepted my warranty without any issues. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and they provided me with a printout of the things I'll need to follow-up with soon, like tires, rotation, etc. I'm not a car expert at all, and I can sometimes feel intimidated when going to a mechanic without my boyfriend. I felt more than comfortable at Pete's Auto and I will return. I am in no way affiliated with Pete's Auto and I am extremely critical, so trust that they are good because I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review if they were anything less than stellar!!!

Took my Mercedes Benz s 550 here to have an alignment and lower arm replaced...my car is still out of line and I still here the noise coming from my front drives side wheel. The bushings should have been replaced but I dont think this was done after doing my research...Very friendly people, but I want this issue fixed especially after spending a little over $1000.00 with them.

I have taken several of the family cars here for the past several years and without exception the experiences have been outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service, honest value, and really great people.

Friendly staff, super clean and organized shop and waiting area. They took the time to explain the services and what needed to be done. Don't think there is a better shop in Charlotte!

"Pete ( and the entire staff) is great! I had so much trouble with mechanics in the past that I was skeptical when I first went in for a inspection. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't taken my truck to anyone else since then. Because I've had so much trouble in the past, I had been looking for someone I could trust to take care of my truck and do it correctly. Pete does this and more! No matter what they are doing with your vehicle, you KNOW it will be done correctly. And, if something goes wrong, they ALWAYS make it right. I trust Pete completely, and I will NEVER take my truck to anyone else. And besides the great quality work, Pete won't hesitate to make you a cup of coffee; how many other mechanics would do that?! Just by chance, I was referred to Pete's Auto because my vehicle was misdiagnosed by another shop.They told me that they could not repair my car for that particular issue. The front desk associate from another shop gave me the ultimate referral to Pete's Auto Shop. Not only did they make the right diagnosis for my car, they offered me customer service like no other. With that being said I am a satisfied customer who would rate Pete's Auto better than on a scale from 1-5 the service deserves a 10!

Would recommend to everyone!! I came In today’s for my second oil change with Pete’s auto, and was again blown away by their customer service. Not only was my service excellent, I watched them go out of their way to offer to drive another waiting customer home, and to a Dr’s appointment while her car was being serviced. In the past at other places I have felt taken advantage of and have been offered services I felt were not needed. At Pete’s, I really feel they honestly address all of your concerns, while not trying to pawn other unnecessary parts/services off on you. They genuinely want your car to be safe and in working order. For this and many other reasons, I will continue to come here even though it’s a bit of a drive.

I don't even think 5 stars is enough for this company. If I could give them 10 I would. They treat their customers like friends more so than just customers. They really do all that they can to help you fix your vehicle and keep it working as best as it can. This is the only mechanic I would ever recommend because it's the only mechanic I trust. Also they have really good coffee in the lobby! (:
