I would highly recommend Pete's Auto Service to anyone searching and are in the need of an auto service shop where the owner and employees take pride in their work. Both Pete and Mike assisted me in correctly diagnosing the A/C problem which caused the A/C unit to stop working in my 2004 Mercedes Benz S500. Furthermore, they replaced, with my approval, parts associated in making the entire A/C system work properly and showed me the old parts and explained what caused the until to shut down. Being new to Charlotte, I've tried the MB dealership and two other shop but the prices are extremely high, but at Pete's Auto Shop you received quality work at affordable prices. When needed, in the future, I will trust all services of my car to Pete and Mike at Pete's Auto Service. I have already referred a friend who drives a Lexus to this shop.
