Pete's always does a fabulous job with my car. I have never had them try to pull any of the stereotypical mechanic moves. I go in, tell them what I want done, and they do it. If I ask for something and it turns out it didn't need to be done, they don't do it, even to get the extra cash. Their service is quick, often done within hours of leaving the car. If you are curious about something they will show you the problem and explain it to you. The price quoted to me at the beginning has always been the price I pay at the end. Great mechanic! My family won't go anywhere else!

Pete’s fixed my AC at half the cost that the Toyota dealership was going to charge me. It also took half the time to get my car back as the dealership told it would take! Excellent service and very professional at a fair price .

These guys are awesome! They always take care of me and it's a joy to see Ole Pal Pete pop up in the shop from time to time. He met me once and still remembers my name. Customer Service is through the charts and they whole heartedly go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of, even as far as budgeting. I.e. Prioritizing what to fix when my funds are low. All in all, Pete's Autoshop and SOHO are the only shops I will trust with any vehicle in North Carolina.

We have been using Pete's for decades. Pete and his team have always been professional and courteous. Their prices are fair, often lower than competitors and their service is impeccable. Wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of the maintenance and upkeep on our cars.

I just had my vehicle serviced here today and had a great experience! The gentleman working in the office, Jorge, was nice, professional, and straight to the point. They did a diagnostic test on my vehicle and called to let me know what the problem was before they did any work. They accepted my warranty without any issues. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and they provided me with a printout of the things I'll need to follow-up with soon, like tires, rotation, etc. I'm not a car expert at all, and I can sometimes feel intimidated when going to a mechanic without my boyfriend. I felt more than comfortable at Pete's Auto and I will return. I am in no way affiliated with Pete's Auto and I am extremely critical, so trust that they are good because I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review if they were anything less than stellar!!!
