"Excellent service. I walked in to get my A/C repaired. Pete and his two sons were very professional and helpful, I have been to a lot of auto service places in charlotte and my visit to Pete's was by far THE BEST!. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. Pete definitely knows how to run a business. service was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. I felt incredibly welcomed and I will for sure go back to Pete's Auto Service for any repairs or service. I left happy!!!! with working A/C.

I was quoted a higher rate by another auto service and it didnt even include basics like flushing my brake lines. Pete's Auto service were very kind and explained everything to me before starting the work on my car. My father recommended them to me and from now on any future services will be with Pete's

Pete was on vacation when I brought my car in, but Nik provided me with the same excellent service I see other people enthusing over. He was patient with my questions, found a way to do the most important items my car needed on the budget I had, and helped me plan a schedule for doing other items down the road in order of importance. I was very pleased, and would recommend Pete's to anyone.

Very honest and very professional. I have been a costumer for ten years and three vehicles. They have never tried to sell me something just to get extra labor hours. This place is a jem especially when compared to other shops and dealerships.
